Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FinalWorker.com (the "Platform"), operated by FinalWorker ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

FinalWorker provides employers and job seekers with tools relating to the human resource management process, including job postings, resume hosting, employment verification, and an independent database for confirming information submitted by job seekers.

2. Accounts

Users must register as either an Employer or a Job Seeker. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including when signing in via a third-party provider such as Google.

3. Employer Obligations

Employers may post job vacancies, submit information regarding current or former employees, and access the applicant database. Employers agree to submit only accurate information regarding employees and former employees, and to use any information obtained through the Platform solely for legitimate hiring and verification purposes.

4. Job Seeker Obligations

Job Seekers may post resumes, search vacancies, and create a digital profile. Job Seekers agree that the information submitted, including resumes and employment history, is accurate to the best of their knowledge and may be independently verified by registered Employers.

5. Data Storage & Use

Information submitted to the Platform by Employers and Job Seekers is stored for an indefinite period and may be disseminated to registered Employers in accordance with these Terms. By submitting information, you consent to its storage and use for verification and matching purposes as described herein.

6. Fees & Payment

Registration and basic account creation is free for both Employers and Job Seekers. Employers must maintain a paid account to search applicant data and conduct background checks. Job Seekers are never charged for use of the Platform. Accepted payment methods for Employers include bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

7. Accuracy of Information

While FinalWorker strives to facilitate accurate and independent verification, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all information submitted by third parties. Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment and conduct additional due diligence where appropriate.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to submit false or misleading information, use the Platform to harass or discriminate against any individual, or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that submit fraudulent information to the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

FinalWorker is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for hiring decisions made by Employers or for employment outcomes experienced by Job Seekers as a result of using the Platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
